Your purchase at Adya Diamonds is secured and protected by some of the most widely used security systems online. Our website is fully secured using the latest SSL encryption technology to ensure your transactions and payment details are fully protected.


What certification/valuation certificates will my purchase come with?

All our products come with an in house certificate of authenticity for the gold, diamonds used in it. Diamonds above 0.50 carats are Certified from one of the laboratories like EGL/IGI/GIA/DGLA. Every loose diamond sold by Adya Diamonds has been certified (analyzed and graded) by one of the above bodies, for free of charge. If you are interested in a diamond which is not certificated, simply contact a diamond and jewellery consultant at info@adyadiamonds.com or 0208 423 5345.


How does the item come packaged?

Each and every product at Adya Diamonds comes with an elegant gift box packaged very well in a secure package.


I don’t know the exact ring size, is resizing possible?


You can use our ring size chart to get the exact size. Alternatively, we can send the ring in a standard size which could be resized later once you get the exact measurements. We will resize the ring for you at a very nominal charge.

Steps to be followed for sending the ring back for resizing :

•Mail and notify the correct size to us as soon as you find out that the ring size is different than the one that is needed.

•Please ensure that the items that are to be returned are kept in immaculate condition for hygiene reasons.

•Please ensure that items are safely packaged in a padded envelope or parcel.

•Kindly send the ring back using recognised courier service and send us the tracking code for tracing the same.

Note: Resizing is not possible for Full-Eternity rings as they would damage and cause the diamonds to chip, as the diamonds are placed encircling the band.



Can I get my product engraved by you before it is posted out?


Yes. Engraving is done on request which would be charged according to the design. You can email the request on sales@adyadiamonds.com


Do all products carry a Hallmark?

Yes. All our products are hallmarked by the Assay Office (London), which stands as a testimony for the precious metals.


Do you provide a valuation certifiacte?


When you buy from Adya Diamonds you will automatically receive a Certificate of Valuation. This document not only gives you valuation of the Recommended Retail Price of the product which can be used in insurance claims and it also gives confirmation of the quality of the diamonds you have purchased from us.


Will you create a custom piece of Jewellery for me?


Yes. Simply follow the steps given below to get quotes for customised jewellery: •First and foremost send us the sketch/Image or rough design idea that you would like to order from our end; •Send us the details about the diamonds (carat weight, clarity, colour etc) and the metal purity in which the item needs to be ordered. •Next we will send you a pictorial view of the design developed by our in-house designers along with a quote. •Once approved, we shall contact you for completing the payment part and then begin the production.


What are conflict diamonds? Do you sell conflict diamonds?

NO. All our diamonds are conflict free diamonds. Conflict diamonds are the ones that originate from areas controlled by forces or factions opposed to legitimate and internationally recognised governments and are used to fund military action in oppositions to those governments, or in contravention of the decisions of the Security Council.


How long will my order take?


If the item is in stock we can sometimes deliver the next day, else in general we deliver it in 7-10 working days for all items that are made to order. Delivery times are also mentioned specifically on each product description and you can see these on the delivery tab. If you need the product urgently or for a very specific date, please let us know after you’ve placed your order and we’ll do everything we can to have your item ready in time.


How do I place my order?


To place the order, simply follow the steps given below:

•Click on the icon, “Add to Basket”, which updates your shopping cart and adds the product to your basket;

•Next click on the “checkout”, which will show your product details along with the prices, applicable vat, discounts if any. (at any given point, if you find that the details are not correct, you may go back and make necessary changes);

•You may continue shopping at this point in time by clicking on “Continue shopping” icon or alternatively complete your transaction by clicking “proceed to checkout”;

•This finally takes you to the registration page, wherein one is required to register by simply creating an email address and providing a password to move on to the next stage. All returning customers can simply feed in their previously created email address and passwords to proceed with final stage;

•Finally, feed in your billing and delivery information to place the order. (we are currently accepting all major credit and debit cards)

•You may use address which is different from your billing address for the delivery information. At any point in time if you need to update this information, you may either mail us the change or call on our toll free number, wherein our customer executives will note down your change request.

Can I use a different delivery address?

Certainly, you can use address which is different from your billing address. You can also give your work address, if the item needs to be delivered at your work. However, in such a case we would require to go through certain documents for verification checks and this would lengthen the delivery of the order by 2 to 3 working days. Besides, we strongly recommend you to insert all the necessary details which are asked in delivery forms.


Will I get any written confirmation for my order?

Yes. You will certainly receive an email confirmation immediately once you make the payment, which will give you complete information about the product details and the estimated delivery time.


Are your prices inclusive of Vat?

Yes. All the prices displayed on the site are inclusive of the vat amount. Vat is applicable to all the customers belonging to European Nations. International buyers are exempetd from Vat, however they should comply with all the applicable regulations and legislations, including all necessary customs, import or other permits to purchase from our website.


This is a gift for my girlfriend; will the outer covering bear any remarks to diamonds?

The outer packaging will have no reference to Diamonds or to the contents of the parcel. However, if you could notify the same whilst placing the order, it will help us take better care of the same.


What if I need an item sooner than the date listed on the website?

Yes. Rush orders are available. Our customer satisfaction always has been our foremost priority. If you have a proposal day, or a birthday or any special occasion for which you want us to deliver the items for an exact date, we shall try and pull forward your items and make prior arrangements. Simply email us your exact day and we shall try our best in meeting your deadlines.


Are your shipments safe?

Yes. Our items are fully insured during transit. All purchases require a signature at the time of delivery.


Can I order over the phone?

Yes, at Adya Diamonds we prefer to speak to our customers, we appreciate this is an important purchase and our jewellery consultants can advise on the best selling designs and give expert advice on diamonds. You can call us on 0208 423 5345 to place the order. You will still be receiving an email confirmation for the order placed over the phone; however it would take 24 hours for the updates on email confirmation.


Can I return an Item if I don’t like it, and if so, how?

Yes. You can certainly return the items as per our 30 days returns. Simply follow the steps mentioned below to send your items for returns:

•Email us and confirm the date, courier used to return the item, stating your name, order reference number and the reasons for returns. (We collect this information simply to better our services).

•Send a covering note along with the returned product which should mention either of the following in the subject line:

a.Sent for Resizing,

b.Sent for exchange,

c.Sent for Refund

•Finally send the items on the address received with the product.


I would like to collect the item personally; will I have to book an appointment?

Yes. You would have to inform us in advance before you would like to come and collect your item. Simply E-mail us a convenient day, when you can come to pick up the product, and our friendly staff will be more than eager to assist you.


What is your return policy?


You may return your item within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or an exchange for another item as part of our 30 day money back guarantee. When you return an item we will issue your refund immediately, or arrange for an exchange for another item of your choice (the value does not have to be the same, as we will either refund you/take payment for the difference).r Please note – Our standard ring sizes are 'H to Q' or 'H to S' (for women), please see the specific product details to see the ring sizes available for a particular item. Half sizes are considered a standard size. If you want to order a ring outside of this range (which you can do by contacting us prior to purchase), you will be unable to return the item to us. The automated online payment system is rejecting my credit card details. What should I do?

If this is happening, there is a reason for it. Check that you haven't made any errors on inserting your data such as the card number and expiry date. Also make sure that you have typed your address and post code correctly, as the system automatically checks this to ensure the card is valid. If you are still having problems, please contact us by email. Our customer service shall call you to manually process the payment and will endeavour to help wherever possible.


What methods of payments do you accept?

We currently accept all major credit / debit cards (viz: Master card, Visa, Maestro, Electron and Solo). We do not accept American Express at this point in time. You can also make bank transfer by getting the details from our customer service executives.


How long does it take to reflect the refunds in my statements?

The refund takes place on the same day the item is returned to us with the required details. Depending upon the payment methods used, it can take 8-10 working days for the refund to appear on your bank/card statement.


Can I pay with two different credit cards?
