Delivery Information

FREE UK & REP. OF IRELAND DELIVERY ON ALL ORDERS!

mail The adyadiamonds.com aim to send all jewellery within 7 working days of receipt of the order and we do hold a small stock at our London office so whenever possible, we will dispatch the order in the next available mail out (Monday - Friday). We are confident that we can fulfil the majority of our orders within 7 working days. If you need to know the expected delivery date of an item, please call or email us. We will also work hard to meet any special delivery requirements you may have.

Once you have placed an order, your card details will be verified and the order will be processed. We will of course inform you of the expected arrival date of your order before deducting any sums of money from your credit or debit card. Please be aware that full payment will be taken from your card when we have accepted your order.

A confirmation email will then be sent to you and we recommend that you print off and retain a copy or save to a folder. Please keep the email safe as it will contain your order number. This number should be quoted when you contact us here at Adya Diamonds.

For certain items such as full eternity rings there could be a delay of 3 weeks whilst we make the ring to your size. If you need an item for a specific date please do make this clear when ordering. The expected delivery date of your jewellery will be emailed to you within 24 hours of placing your order (Monday - Friday).

For speed and security we send our jewellery out via the Royal Mail Special Delivery. This system enables us to guarantee you delivery of your jewellery the day after we send it.

Once the jewellery has been dispatched from our offices you will be sent a further email containing a tracking number and full details of how to track your order through the Royal Mail special delivery service. All jewellery that we send this way is of course fully insured.

Worldwide Delivery With Fedex (non UK & Ireland Deliveries)

world For all deliveries outside of the UK or Ireland we use Fedex.

For high value items we believe that this is the only way of ensuring safe passage for your order. The charges are fairly minimal and they will be added to your basket automatically during the checkout process.

There are no delivery charges. All deliveries are free of charge
